Is Puzzle Junkies free?

Yes. The daily puzzles and core gameplay are free, supported by advertising. Paid plans unlock extras such as commercial use of the puzzle generators, higher limits, and ad-free play.

Do I need an account to play?

No — guests can play daily puzzles. Creating a free account lets you save progress, join leaderboards, build streaks and unlock achievements.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign in, open your account settings and choose Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to premium features until then. See our Refund Policy.

How do I request a refund?

Email support@puzzlejunkies.com with your account email and subscription details. New subscriptions are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

I forgot my password.

Go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot password". You will receive an email with a reset link within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, check spam or email us.

I found a bug or have feedback.

Please email us with a short description and (if possible) a screenshot. Bug reports from players are the single biggest source of improvements to the site.
