At Puzzle Junkies we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains our refund practices and your rights regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund:
- Email support@puzzlejunkies.com
- Include your account email and subscription details
- Mention that you want to use the 30-day guarantee
- We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
2. Refund eligibility
Eligible
- Full refund on new subscriptions within 30 days of purchase.
- Duplicate charges or billing errors.
- Extended service outages that are our fault.
- Unauthorised charges.
Not eligible
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day guarantee.
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
- Downgrades or plan changes.
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless explicitly stated.
3. Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund — you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds require a separate request and are granted within the 30-day guarantee window or the other cases listed above.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first can result in your account being suspended. We reserve the right to pursue reimbursement of fraudulent chargebacks.
5. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 30-day guarantee. After 30 days they are generally non-refundable, though we consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel an annual plan after 30 days you keep access until the end of the paid year.
