How rankings work
Each game mode tracks the runs that matter for competition: typically your best daily completion or score within the current puzzle rotation. Practice sessions are sandboxed so they do not overwrite your daily entry — that way newcomers are not buried by players who grind unlimited attempts in private.
Streaks reward coming back on consecutive calendar days. Miss a cycle and the streak pauses; you can always start a new run tomorrow. Some games also award bonus XP for clean solves, hint-free finishes, or beating personal bests.
